- For Gold, Silver and Accommodation Packages deadline for registration and payment is 1st August 2019.
- Local Package and Accommodation In Student Dormitories Package participants’ deadline for registration and payment is 15th August 2019. There will be no additional time for the duration of registration and payment.
- Payment is required for each individual.
- Cancellation will be available until 1st August 2019, and the whole amount will be refunded.
- If the cancelation takes place after 1st August 2019. , the fee will be refunded after a 20 % cut-off.
- For the guest participants (accompanying family member) such as wife and child, extra registration fees must be paid.
- 0-6 age is free of charge,
- 7-12 ages pays 70 %
- ****A twin room has 2 separate single beds. If you are staying in a twin room, please note the name of the person you would like to share the room with. Otherwise, the system will randomly place you with one of the participants.
